Why Crystal Cruises

Now owned by the A&K Travel Group, which has Manfredi Lefebvre, former owner of Silversea Cruises as Co-Chariman, Crystal is planning a return of their popular classic ocean cruise programme, operated on two ships which, although elderly, were built to a very high specification and have been looked after exceptionally well. join the jet set aboard a mega yacht and enjoy water sports from the marina.

Currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment which will see the guest accommodation enlarged and the capacity drop from the former 848 guests on board Crystal Symphony and 980 guests on board Crystal Serenity, we expect a return in 2023. This will help enhance and already excellent proposition, a huge amount of space, plenty of facilities, and lots of small restaurants and bars.

Key to the group’s success, it appears to us, will be the ability to put the core Crystal team and crew back together sufficiently well that their world recognised standards of service are resumed and in this we hope that they will be successful.
